What We Collect

Team Season collects only what's needed to run your journal:

Account info: Email address and password (encrypted) when you sign up.
Journal entries: The text, scores, dates, and photos you add to your season journal.
Team info: Team name, sport, player names, and season details you provide during setup.

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to power your journal and, if you choose, to print your season book. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Supabase: Hosts our database and authentication. Your data is stored securely in their cloud infrastructure.
Vercel: Hosts the application and serverless functions.
Stripe: Processes payments if you order a printed book. We never see or store your credit card number.
Lulu: Prints and ships your book. We share your shipping name and address with Lulu only when you place a book order.

Photos

Photos you upload are stored in a private storage bucket associated with your account. They are used only in your journal entries and book. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

Data Retention

Your data is kept as long as you have an account. If you delete your account (available in the app menu), all your entries, photos, teams, and seasons are permanently deleted.

Children's Privacy

Team Season is designed for parents to journal about their children's sports seasons. Parents control all content. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Your Rights

You can:

Access all your data through the app at any time
Delete your account and all associated data from the app menu
Contact us at hello@teamseason.app with any privacy questions

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
